Paul Cezanne, was an expert in painting based out of France. Paul was often renowned as the predecessor of modern art, who did his best to improve an idyllic amalgamation of realistic depiction, personal countenance, and theoretical picturesque order. His artwork placed the grounds of the changeover in the idea of artistic attempt from 19th century to a fresh and drastically diverse realm of art during 20th century.
Paul Cezanne was born on 19th January 1839 at Aix en Provence, a southern French town. His father was a prosperous banker. By 1862, he moved to Paris to study art. From his early days in artistic career, he was influenced by Parisian painting style. Eugene Delacroix, Edouard Manet and Gustave Courbet were some of his desired painters who are known for their realistic depiction of art both in style and theme.
Camille Pissarro, an old and infamous painter had a great influence on Paul when was growing in his career. Paul visited Pissarro quite often at his rural place outside Paris and learnt a lot about how to use outdoor light in paintings. Based on the guidance from Pissarro, Paul Cezanne had quickly transformed his artistic style from using dark colours to bright colours. In addition, he started focusing on themes based on rural villages and farmland.
Through his committed work, he quickly emerged as a valued number one leader in Modern art. Paul Cezanne died at his age of 67 during 22nd October 1906.
